WORKSHOPS TO EMPOWER MEANINGFUL SUCCESS

Clients engage us as a temporary extension of their workforce, gaining help to jump start projects or to augment their talent pool, and/or as an educational resource. We provide education and mentoring to companies and executives to strengthen the foundations of their operations including improving processes and retention. Our success is seeing our clients become successful based on our courses, programs, deliverables, and advice.

Empowering our clients through meaningful hands-on workshops and seminars is how we got started. Our set of “how to do it yourself” courses cover subjects such as strategic and tactical planning, brand development and delivery, go to market planning, developing satisfaction and voice of customer programs, gated business development processes, message creation, and product management.

Our workshops come in two flavors: generic and tailored. Generic workshops are less expensive and are for participants from several companies. Customized versions are designed to address the specific needs of our client’s company, often with final deliverables being fully actionable; for example, a brand architecture or marketing plan. A sample of our workshops and seminars:

  • Building the Brand Architecture – A one-day workshop teaching you how to build and activate your brand.

  • Forging a Great Brand - A two-day experiential workshop where attendees define their brand architecture, outline their brand’s five-sense identity, and define the company behaviors and organizational structure that will result in the consistent delivery of the brand promise.

  • Customer Loyalty by Design – A half-day seminar on how to create products, services, and customer experiences that stimulate loyalty (additional sales and word of mouth recommendations) on first use/experience. This can be expanded to one- or two-days when customized for a specific client.

  • Developing Meaningful and Memorable Messaging – A one-day workshop hands-on course where you learn how to create messaging that resonates with the target audiences.

  • Building an Effective Go to Market Plan – A one-day how to course that can expand to two-days when a client wants go from how-to to walking away with an actionable plan.

  • Elements of Practical Strategic Planning – This is a one-day course that includes how strategic initiatives can be turned into actionable tactics
